To be redeemed means that we have been bought back from the darkness and restored to a life of freedom and purpose through Jesus sacrifice on the cross. we are no longer a prisoner to our past mistakes, regrets, or shame. In Christ, we are set free and given a new life to live unto Him. God has exchanged our brokenness for His righteousness, and our sin for His holiness. Forgiven means that our sins are washed away, no matter what we have done.  His love and sacrifice give an opportunity to walk in the fullness of life, free from condemnation and guilt. God’s amazing grace reminds us every day that through Jesus, we are redeemed and forgiven.
