5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

•    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

6. Address Errors & Returns to Sender

•    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

•    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
