We are called to have an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. When we abide in Him, we open the door for Him to take up residence in our hearts and transform us from the inside out. To abide in Jesus is to remain in Him following Him, growing in Him, and surrendering to Him. We gain fruits, peace and strength when we stay connected to Christ Jesus. By abiding in Him we invite Jesus to dwell in us, and guide every part of our heart, mind and life.
